We strive to provide quality digital products. However, if you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@meshtint.com. Each refund request will be carefully assessed based on the digital nature of the product and the availability of previews before purchase.

Please note, we are not obligated to provide a refund or credit under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• You purchased a product by mistake.
• You changed your mind after the purchase.
• You lack the necessary expertise to use the product.
• The assets do not function in applications or game engines other than Unity.
• You are requesting a refund as an act of goodwill.

When a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important: We strongly encourage you to view all preview images and videos prior to purchasing, as refunds for digital products are rarely granted once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. Due to the nature of digital products, it is impossible to return them.
